Definitely not! You should own your own property or the property you are wanting to use. Ideally you have some space to work with, that could just be acres of nature, a private backyard or a sunroom, or a porch, as long as you have something to work with we can find and style a spot and make it beautiful. Your rental income will be directly related to what you have to offer so don't expect to rent out a porch for $400/hour but you have to start somewhere! And we can always build on your options as you begin to bring in money.

Great question! It really depends on your situation. You can spend as much or as little as you want on props, decor or even structures. In the course I have places to look/shop for affordable props and I do encourage you to use free nature as much as you can for styling. Each situation is individual and if you are unsure you can fill out the quiz and I will respond, or email me and send me photos or a description of your land, old barn etc. I will say, the more you have to offer clients the more you can charge. But you can also start small with a few simple vignettes possibly with props or furniture you already have and build from there.

YES! I will give you guidance on where and how to get your space in front of your ideal clients. There is much more to it than simply listing your space on a website. I teach you step by step how to assess your market, choose your ideal booking types, create your brand vibe and story, create your styled vignettes, how to get them photographed for marketing (there is a specific way and it is very important) then how to market them to your ideal bookers. It is all tied together in a step by step program to make you successful!

This course is taught on our website, with each lesson in text and a pre-recorded video where Meghan explains the info and goes deeper with her personal experience. There is a beautiful and extensive workbook for you to download and visually guide you through the process.
